The Coral Triangle Conservation Fund (CTCF) is led by our first Chief Executive Officer of the Coral, Dr. Yang Mee Eng. She brings more than 29 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. She was Executive Director of the ASEAN Foundation (AF) where she led and developed AF’s team capacity, fund raised, planned the finances and led resource management, strengthened coordination and expanded partnerships with various ASEAN Stakeholders (public, private, NGOs and CSOs). She created and developed a new environmental portfolio which encompassed issues such as marine plastic, climate change and food security. Dr. Yang spent over 26 years in the public sector serving three TV stations, 18 years with a government agency - the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDeC), and 2 years in the private sector as CEO of Gameview including serving as Vice President of Bloconomic (Blockchain).
